Jining High-tech Technical School
Jining High-Tech Technical School was founded by Shandong Dongyue Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is a full-time technical school approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security, currently enrolling 920 students, and is one of more than ten accredited technical schools in Jining City.
Since its establishment, the school has adhered to an educational philosophy that prioritizes competency-based learning and aims to facilitate employment. The institution currently employs over 40 full-time faculty members and additionally engages more than 10 distinguished engineering professionals and skilled technicians from industry as part-time instructors. Among all full-time and part-time faculty, over 80% hold senior or intermediate professional titles and are “dual‑qualified” teachers, possessing extensive experience in both teaching and industrial production. Meanwhile, the school has continuously upgraded its infrastructure, establishing practical training facilities for CNC machining, lathe work, fitting, automotive repair, and painting, as well as computer labs, teaching‑aid rooms, and a library, thereby providing an excellent learning environment for both students and faculty.
The school aligns its programs closely with market needs, ensuring smooth employment pathways for its graduates. All graduates secure positions at major and medium-sized enterprises in Jining, including China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Dongyue Automobile, Komatsu Shantui, Eaton Hydraulics, Botte Precision Engineering, New Century Wheels, and Shenli Rigging, among others. The employment rate exceeds 95%, and, particularly over the past two years, the introduction of railway‑high‑speed‑train and early‑childhood‑education programs—featuring order‑based training—has provided students with a broader academic environment and more robust career prospects.
