The SDZ5087TSLF street sweeper is converted from a China National VI‑compliant automotive chassis, with additional equipment including a high-pressure cleaning system, a mist‑suppression dust‑control system, a fresh‑water tank, a maintenance compartment, a waste container, a lifting mechanism, rear sweeping rollers, left and right side brushes, a hydraulic system, and a dedicated electrical control system. The high‑pressure water pump is a domestically produced hydraulic plunger pump capable of delivering up to 15 MPa. The fresh‑water tank has a capacity of 2.5 m³ and is equipped with a liquid‑level alarm; when the level drops below a preset threshold, the system automatically triggers an alert to prevent dry‑run damage to the pump. The left and right side brushes feature large composite steel‑wire/nylon brush discs, increasing the sweeping width. Each side brush is independently controlled, enabling various operating modes such as left‑side sweeping, right‑side sweeping, and full‑width sweeping. Operators can adjust the engine speed at different vehicle speeds based on recommended speed–engine‑rpm pairing values, thereby effectively ensuring optimal cleaning performance.
