Our company’s road sweeper is converted from a China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Euro VI‑II‑compliant vehicle chassis and equipped with a high‑pressure cleaning and dust‑suppression system, a fresh‑water tank, a maintenance compartment, a waste container, a lifting mechanism, rear rotary brushes, left and right side brushes, a hydraulic system, and a dedicated electrical control system. The chassis engine supplies both driving power and power for the superstructure. The high‑pressure water pump is a domestically produced plunger pump with a brass pump head, delivering an appropriate flow rate and high pressure, with a maximum allowable pressure of 10 MPa. A large‑capacity fresh‑water tank features a low‑level alarm to prevent dry‑run damage to the high‑pressure pump. The left and right side brushes are dual‑disc designs, increasing the sweeping width. Each side brush is independently controlled, enabling various operating modes such as left‑side sweeping, right‑side sweeping, and full‑width sweeping. Operators can easily adjust the vehicle speed to ensure optimal cleaning performance under different road conditions. High‑pressure nozzles mounted at the mid‑ and rear sections of the chassis direct jets forward, providing high‑pressure washing and dust suppression on the road surface.
