The crack‑sealing machine features a thermal‑oil jacket design that heats and melts conventional asphalt, modified asphalt, and specialized crack‑sealant. A material pump pressurizes the molten compound and injects it into cleaned asphalt or concrete cracks for repair. In addition, this model is equipped with an AC‑to‑generator converter, allowing the unit to heat without starting the generator when mains power is available—resulting in energy savings, environmental benefits, and improved operational efficiency.

Compact in size and lightweight, it is easy to move and simple to operate. It ensures uniform joint sealing with high efficiency, employing indirect heating of the sealant via heat-transfer oil to effectively prevent combustion and carbonization. Equipped with advanced control instruments that provide clear displays, it allows operators to readily adjust both the electric heating hose and the heat-transfer oil temperature. The heating hose features full‑length electric heating, eliminating the need for cleaning during operation.
