The company organized a knowledge exam on job descriptions to strengthen the foundation of position management.
To further standardize job management, strengthen the foundation of corporate governance, clearly define the performance standards and responsibilities for each position, and effectively enhance employees’ understanding of their roles and their ability to fulfill them, the company recently organized a specialized examination on job description knowledge.
To further unleash the innovation and creativity of all employees, fully motivate them to take initiative in workplace improvements, and encourage everyone to focus on the production front line—deepening technological upgrades and engaging in small-scale innovations—the Shandong Dongyue Group held a grand ceremony on August 26 to recognize company-wide innovation efforts and minor improvement projects. Attending the event were group executives Yang Zhongfeng, Han Kun, Zang Changming, Lu Wenzhong, Liu Yuanlei, and Jia Xiaowei, as well as Yan Yongwang, manager of the Special‑Vehicle Business Unit.

To warmly celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to thoroughly study and implement the Party’s innovative theories, and to inspire all Party members to remain true to their original aspirations and mission while shouldering the heavy responsibility of development, Dongyue Group solemnly convened a special Party-member conference on the morning of July 1. All Party members, prospective Party members, and leading cadres at or above the section level gathered together to recall the glorious years, discuss the blueprint for future development, and embark on a new journey of striving forward. The conference was chaired by Comrade Lu Wenzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party General Branch.
