To further unleash the innovative and creative momentum of all employees, fully motivate frontline workers to embrace workplace improvements, and encourage every staff member to focus on the production floor, refine technologies, and engage in small-scale innovations and reforms, thereby leveraging grassroots innovation to drive high-quality enterprise operations and development, Shandong Dongyue Group solemnly convened a company-wide Innovation and Small-Scale Improvement Recognition Conference on August 26. Group executives Yang Zhongfeng, Han Kun, Zang Changming, Lu Wenzhong, Liu Yuanlei, and Jia Xiaowei, along with Yan Yongwang, Manager of the Special‑Vehicle Business Unit, attended the event.
The meeting was chaired by Jia Xiaowei. During the session, Deputy General Manager Zang Changming reported on the Group’s progress and evaluation of its year‑long initiative to promote innovation across all employees, as well as on small‑scale improvements and reforms. He commended the innovative achievements of all cadres and staff who have tackled challenges head‑on in their respective roles, noting that frontline workers have focused on key areas such as addressing production bottlenecks, optimizing processes, upgrading equipment, and reducing costs while boosting efficiency. Through proactive exploration and bold experimentation, they have launched a series of highly practical, impactful innovation projects, thereby laying a solid grassroots foundation for the Group’s stable operations and quality‑driven upgrades.
Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Han Kun read out the “List of Winners for the All‑Staff Innovation and Minor Improvements Initiative.” The conference solemnly commended the outstanding individuals recognized in this round of selection. Group leaders Lu Wenzhong, Yang Zhongfeng, and Liu Yuanlei presented honorary certificates and cash awards to the winning employees, extending warm congratulations to the honored individuals. They also encouraged the awardees to cherish their accolades, press forward with determination, continue to deepen their commitment to innovation in their respective roles, serve as model pioneers, and achieve new breakthroughs in workplace improvement.
