At a unique internal company selection and presentation event that concluded successfully on December 26, 2024, a group of highly skilled and dedicated artisans emerged as winners following fierce competition and impartial judging. The event was designed to recognize employees who, in their everyday roles, quietly dedicate themselves to excellence.
The employees who participated in the selection come from every department of the company. Among them are skilled welders who perform precision welding, machinists and electricians who meticulously finish products, and quality‑inspection specialists who work with painstaking care. Although their duties vary, they all share common traits: a deep passion for their work, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a relentless pursuit of innovation.
The selection criteria were rigorous and comprehensive, evaluating not only the candidates’ technical expertise but also their work ethic, teamwork skills, and innovative capacity. The judging panel comprised senior management and heads of relevant departments, who conducted thorough assessments and impartial scoring from a professional standpoint.
Following quantitative evaluation and deliberation by the Candidate Defense Review Committee, six colleagues—Lu Hengjian, Li Wenjun, Yan Peijun, Sun Chen, Yan Yongwang, and Wang Hongchuan—were recognized as “Dongyue Craftsmen.” The successful organization of this selection process not only provided an opportunity for the company’s outstanding craftsmen to showcase their skills but also set a commendable example for other employees.
