To strengthen frontline management, consolidate the production foundation, and enhance team performance, the company recently organized a specialized training session for production team leaders of dedicated‑vehicle operations. The training was delivered by Production Manager Yan Yongwang, with opening remarks from Company Leader Han Kun and closing remarks from Jia Xiaowei. Chairman Zhang Yangxun attended in person to provide on‑site guidance, and all team leaders participated in the session.

Chairman Zhang Yangxun highly commended this training session and set forth the following work directives: First, implement a monthly performance‑evaluation system to establish role models at each position; second, strictly uphold safety and quality standards to reduce rework rates; third, strengthen closed-loop management to ensure thorough execution of all tasks; and fourth, enhance daily supervision to comprehensively elevate team‑level management.
