Celebrating the 99th Anniversary of the CPC: Dongyue Company Organizes a Themed Party Day Event

To celebrate the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to reflect with deep emotion on the Party’s glorious journey, and to carry forward its fine traditions and exemplary conduct, on the morning of July 1, the Party General Branch of Shandong Dongyue Special‑Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized all Party members and prospective members to hold a themed Party Day activity titled “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration on the Eve of July 1, and Embark Anew with Our Mission,” in the large conference room, providing all participants with an opportunity to further study and be deeply inspired by Party principles and history.
[Revisiting the Party Oath]
“I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party’s program, observe its constitution, and fulfill my duties as a Party member…” All Party members clenched their fists, stood before the crimson Party flag, reaffirmed their oath of admission, recalled their original aspirations upon joining the Party, and strengthened their ideals and convictions.
[Watch Role Models Deliver Party Lessons]
Everyone gathered to watch “Role Models Share Party Lessons.” Over the course of an hour, the program once again took us back to that war against the epidemic fought without gunfire—where medical workers selflessly dedicated themselves, police officers displayed fearless courage, and grassroots cadres stood firm day and night. Each story was deeply moving. Through the role models’ accounts, we learned many untold stories behind the scenes; their unwavering commitment to their original aspirations and their heroic efforts in combating the pandemic left a profound impression on us.
[Statement by a Party Member Representative]
The veteran Party member and General Manager of the Import‑Export Company, Hao Haipeng, delivered a statement.
New Party member and Quality Control Department Manager Wang Liming delivered a statement.
As representatives of the Party, the two comrades stated that, in their future work and daily lives, they will always bear in mind their political identity as Communist Party members, remain true to their original aspirations, fulfill their mission, and make positive contributions to the company’s reform and development.
[Party Secretary’s Party Lecture]
At the meeting, Sun Weiliang, Secretary of the company’s Party General Branch, delivered a Party lecture titled “How Party Members in the New Era Can Exert Model and Leading Roles in Their Posts,” and put forward three requirements for all Party members: first, remain true to our original aspiration and showcase the image of Party members in the new era; second, be willing to dedicate ourselves and strive to become qualified Party members of the new era; and third, put the Party Constitution into practice and play a pioneering and exemplary role in our respective posts. The attendees gained much from the session.
[The General Manager Delivers an Important Address]
Finally, Zhang Yangxun, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an important address. President Zhang emphasized that all Party members and cadres must fully exemplify their vanguard role, bravely shoulder responsibilities, and take proactive action. With the courage to engage in self-reform, they should eschew empty slogans, focus on their respective posts, deliver tangible results, set a leading example, strengthen corporate culture, establish benchmarks and role models, promote positive energy, enhance corporate cohesion, and comprehensively advance the company’s transformation and upgrading, thereby continuously opening up new prospects for high-quality development at Dongyue Company.
