With the support of company leadership, the company and Haina Academy moved swiftly to launch the Dongyue Special‑Purpose Vehicle Cloud University on February 9. Leveraging the full potential of the internet, the platform breaks through the constraints of time and space, enabling learners to study anytime, anywhere, 24/7. The platform meticulously curates high‑quality courses, offering more than 5,000 practical, hands‑on programs taught (or designed) by renowned instructors, empowering our leaders with expert knowledge and skills.
More than 300 high-potential, high-performing managers and employees from various business units—spanning sales, management, production, finance, and other departments—have become the inaugural cohort of Yun University. They have been organized into 22 learning teams, leveraging team synergy under the leadership of team leaders to pursue self-directed, efficient learning.
Learning management operates under a rotating system of Operations Officers. Each rotating officer posts daily learning guidelines, leads learners through knowledge reviews, and oversees the completion of assigned tasks. We extend our gratitude to the seven Operations Officers who led the first week of learning—your dedication has ensured a strong start.
