Shandong Dongyue and Zhonghuanjie have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance the joint research and development and customized manufacturing of sanitation equipment.

Recently, Shandong Dongyue Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shandong Dongyue”) and Zhonghuanjie Environmental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghuanjie”) formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly advance the joint research and development, production, and operation of municipal sanitation equipment. Attending the signing ceremony were Zhang Yangxun, Chairman of Shandong Dongyue; Du Benyuan, Deputy General Manager; Liu Yuanlei, Chief Engineer; Xia Xianquan, Sales Director of the Road & Bridge Company; Yang Di, Executive General Manager of CITIC Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.; and Chen Liyuan, General Manager of Zhonghuanjie, among other leaders.
As a comprehensive urban–rural environmental services operator under CITIC Industrial Fund, Zhonghuanjie boasts ten years of operational management experience in the sanitation sector and focuses on investment, construction, and operation in the areas of integrated urban–rural sanitation, waste sorting, and municipal services. To date, Zhonghuanjie has launched more than 20 projects across 20 cities in 12 provinces, including Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, Tianjin, Hohhot, Zhengzhou, Huangshan, Yangquan, Cangzhou, Yantai, Fukang, Lu’an, and Xi’an. The total contract value of its managed sanitation projects exceeds RMB 10 billion, making it one of the most growth‑driven and innovative enterprises in the industry. It has been recognized as an “Influential Enterprise in China’s Sanitation Sector” for three consecutive years.
This successful contract signing with Zhonghuanjie Company marks another significant milestone for our enterprise, following our accession to the Highway Maintenance Industry Technology Innovation Alliance of the Highway Scientific Research Institute under the Ministry of Transport. It signifies that the company is poised to enter a new phase of development in the strategic positioning of high-end road and bridge equipment as well as municipal sanitation machinery.
