On April 30, with bright sunshine and a gentle breeze, Dongyue Company’s carefully planned hiking event kicked off at the Taibai Lake Scenic Area. Dressed in light, sporty attire and brimming with anticipation and excitement, employees gathered at the scenic area’s entrance, looking like a vibrant team ready to set out on a mission.
With a crisp whistle, the hike officially began. Participants steadily made their way along the lakeside trail, where Taibai Lake shimmered in the sunlight and weeping willows swayed gently by the shore—scenes so picturesque they left everyone feeling refreshed and uplifted. For colleagues who usually juggle the demands of work, this moment was a chance to set aside their stress and fully savor nature’s gifts, as laughter and cheerful voices echoed along the lakeshore.
Throughout the hike, everyone encouraged one another and supported each other. When faced with steep sections, the fitter team members would step forward to lend a hand; and when someone grew weary, the group would slow down and wait patiently. This spirit of unity and collaboration kept the team’s morale high at all times.
Though everyone was a bit weary, their faces were brimming with a sense of accomplishment. This hiking excursion not only gave our employees a chance to get some exercise but also strengthened their mutual understanding and trust. As they took in the stunning scenery, their hearts grew even closer together.
