In order to thoroughly implement the CPC Central Committee’s decisions and arrangements on optimizing the business environment and strengthening Party conduct and integrity building, On May 26, a research team from the Supervision Office for Party and Government Conduct of the Jining Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision paid a visit to the company to conduct a special survey. The team gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s operational status, its needs in building a clean and honest government, and its suggestions for optimizing the business environment, thereby providing support for the company’s high-quality development. Zhang Yangxun, Chairman and General Manager of the Group; Yang Zhongfeng, Deputy General Manager; and Liu Yuanlei, Chief Engineer, accompanied the delegation during the visit.
The research team conducted an on-site visit to the company’s corporate culture exhibition hall, gaining a thorough understanding of its production processes, technological innovation, and product development. They expressed full recognition of the company’s achievements within the industry. Following this, the two sides held a symposium, during which the company’s leadership provided a comprehensive report on the enterprise’s development trajectory, its current operational and production status, and the progress of Party conduct and integrity-building efforts, while also sharing feedback on the challenges and issues it currently faces.
During the symposium and exchange session, the research team carefully listened to the enterprises’ concerns and pledged to fully leverage the functions of disciplinary inspection and supervision to urge relevant departments to streamline service procedures and enhance service efficiency, thereby helping businesses effectively address their practical challenges. At the same time, drawing on typical cases, the team provided in-depth guidance on how enterprises can strengthen internal controls over integrity risks and foster a clean and close relationship between government and business. They recommended that enterprises further refine their institutional mechanisms, reinforce integrity education for employees, and create a sound development environment characterized by transparency and ethical conduct.
This research initiative has built a bridge for communication between government and enterprises, injecting an “integrity-driven impetus” into corporate development. Taking this survey as an opportunity, the company will continue to strengthen Party conduct and clean governance, standardize business management, and achieve steady growth through upholding fundamental principles while fostering innovation. A responsible official from the Party and Government Conduct Supervision Office of the Jining Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision also stated that they will keep a close watch on the needs of enterprises, reinforce oversight, discipline enforcement, and accountability, and provide robust disciplinary safeguards to optimize the business environment and support enterprise development.
