The Group Company warmly hosted a film‑watching event on International Women’s Day, enriching the spiritual lives of its female employees.

To celebrate the 115th International Women’s Day, and to further enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of female employees, the Group’s Trade Union coordinated closely with the High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions to organize a group movie‑watching event themed “Seeing Women’s Strength, Safeguarding Workplace Warmth.” Nearly 50 female employees from the Group’s various departments and its subsidiaries took part in the event.
On the morning of March 7, female employees arrived early at the screening venue and took their seats in an orderly manner. The company thoughtfully provided snacks and beverages, allowing the women to enjoy the film in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. For this event, the group arranged a special showing of the popular movie “Lost in the Stars.” With its compelling storyline, profound themes, and uplifting message, the film has won the hearts of many female viewers. By selecting this particular film, the company hopes to convey the strength and charm of women, encouraging its female employees to bravely pursue their dreams and realize their full potential in both their professional and personal lives.
This Women’s Day film‑watching event is a microcosm of the Group’s longstanding commitment to employee well‑being and its emphasis on corporate culture. The company has consistently strived to foster a positive work environment and enrich employees’ leisure time, strengthening team cohesion and a sense of belonging through a variety of initiatives. Moving forward, the Group will remain true to this philosophy, organizing more diverse and meaningful activities to help employees achieve a healthy work–life balance and jointly drive the Group’s harmonious and stable development.
