The Group Company’s 2024 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony was held with great solemnity.

On January 26, 2025, the Group’s 2024 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference was solemnly held in the New Era Conference Hall of the SINOTRUK Dongyue Industrial Park, where participants jointly reviewed the past year’s arduous journey and looked ahead to a new chapter of future development. More than 120 individuals attended, including members of the Group’s leadership team, departmental and subsidiary-level cadres at or above the section chief level, and representatives of award-winning employees. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Lu Wenzhong, Deputy General Manager of the Group.
The meeting commenced to the solemn sound of the national anthem. Deputy General Managers Zang Changming, Liu Honglin, and Han Kun respectively read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2024,” the “Decision on Product Improvements, Minor Innovations, and Rationalization Proposals for 2024,” and the “Decision on the Company’s Award for Contributions to Cost Reduction and Resource Conservation for 2024.”
The conference honored 11 outstanding collectives and 51 exemplary individuals for their exceptional performance in 2024. Group leaders presented medals and certificates to the awardees, recognizing their remarkable contributions to the group’s development in their respective roles and encouraging all employees to take them as role models, strive with dedication, and achieve even greater success. Model workers’ representative Yan Yongwang, distinguished marketing representative Liu Zuoxiang, and advanced employee representative Wang Weiliang each took to the stage to deliver remarks. They shared their experiences and insights from their work, expressed gratitude to the group, and reaffirmed their commitment to continuing to contribute to its growth. They pledged to cherish this honor, press forward with renewed vigor, and attain even more outstanding results in the year ahead.
Finally, Zhang Yangxun, Chairman of the Group, delivered an important address. The Chairman fully commended the hard work and achievements of all employees in 2024, extended warm congratulations to the outstanding teams and individuals recognized, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to every employee who has contributed tirelessly to the Group’s development. In his report, he provided a comprehensive review of the Group’s accomplishments across various sectors in 2024, noting that, despite a complex and ever‑changing market environment and numerous challenges, the entire organization worked in unison and pressed forward with determination, achieving remarkable results in production and operations, market expansion, technological innovation, and management improvement. At the same time, the report thoroughly analyzed existing issues and the current situation, clearly outlining the objectives and key priorities for 2025.
