To further strengthen the Party organization, inject fresh vitality, and enhance the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and creativity of the Party branch, on the morning of September 4, the First Party Branch of Dongyue Company convened a general meeting in the second-floor conference room to deliberate on the admission of Comrades Yang Xiaoqiang and Liu Yongbing as probationary Party members. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Jia Xiaowei, Secretary of the Party Branch, with all branch members in attendance and several prospective Party members present as observers.
The meeting was conducted in strict accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Regulations on the Work of Developing Party Members of the Communist Party of China. First, Comrade Jia Xiaowei clarified the theme and agenda of the conference, underscored the seriousness and significance of party‑member development, and urged all party members to approach the evaluation of the two candidates with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring objectivity and impartiality.
Subsequently, the candidates for Party membership, Comrades Yang Xiaoqiang and Liu Yongbing, took to the podium one after another and presented detailed reports to the Party organization, covering their personal ideological understanding, practical work experience, efforts to enhance their knowledge, self-reflection, and future plans. Following their presentations, their nominators—Comrades Yang Zhongfeng, Cui Jianbing, Wei Fangzhen, and Cai Jiansu—each outlined the performance of Comrades Yang Xiaoqiang and Liu Yongbing during the period of cultivation and assessment, offering a comprehensive evaluation in terms of political awareness, professional competence, mass base, and conduct and discipline. They unanimously agreed that both comrades demonstrate high ideological consciousness, outstanding work performance, and a favorable reputation among the masses, and that they have essentially met the requirements for probationary Party membership; accordingly, they recommended that the two be admitted as probationary members.
Drawing on their everyday observations, the Party members in attendance voiced their views and engaged in thorough discussions. They expressed strong approval of Comrade Yang Xiaoqiang and Comrade Liu Yongbing for their fine conduct—“humble and eager to learn, down-to-earth and hardworking, and wholeheartedly dedicated to serving those around them”—while also offering constructive suggestions regarding the depth of theoretical study and the development of innovative approaches to their work.
On the basis of thorough deliberation, the meeting proceeded to a vote by secret ballot. Following an on-site tally, all attending Party members unanimously agreed to admit Comrades Yang Xiaoqiang and Liu Yongbing as probationary members of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Jia Xiaowei, Secretary of the Party Branch, announced the voting results on the spot and, on behalf of the Party Branch, extended his congratulations to the two comrades.
In their statements, comrades Yang Xiaoqiang and Liu Yongbing expressed with great emotion that becoming a probationary Party member is an important milestone in one’s life—and, at the same time, a weighty responsibility. Moving forward, they pledged to hold themselves to even higher standards, continuously strengthen their theoretical study, enhance their Party spirit, remain dedicated to their respective posts, and exemplify exemplary conduct. They also vowed to humbly accept the oversight of the Party organization and fellow Party members, striving to become qualified Communist Party members at an early date and contributing their efforts to the cause of the Party and the country.
The convening of this Party members’ congress has not only injected fresh vitality into the Party branch but has also further strengthened the sense of responsibility and mission among all Party members. It is hoped that all Party members will take this congress as an opportunity to unite as one, forge ahead in solidarity, and work together to elevate the Party branch’s work to a new level, thereby providing robust organizational support for the Group’s high‑quality development.
