A delegation of leaders from the School of Construction Machinery at Chang’an University paid a visit to the enterprise to conduct research and further strengthen cooperation between the university and the local community in the fields of science, technology, and talent development.

To further advance the coordinated development of science, technology, and talent between universities and local communities, and to deepen collaboration between higher education institutions and local enterprises in talent cultivation, scientific research and innovation, and the commercialization of research outcomes, on August 6, Gao Yanbei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Construction Machinery at Chang’an University, led a delegation that included Fan Ting, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean; Zhang Zhifeng, Associate Professor and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union; and Associate Professor Zhao Yong. The four‑person team traveled to the Jining High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone for an inspection and exchange visit, and conducted an on‑site调研 at Dongyue Company. Liu Weihong, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Organization Department (Human Resources Department) of the Jining High‑Tech Zone, along with Zhang Yangxun, Chairman and General Manager of the Group, provided全程陪同.
That morning, Secretary Gao Yanbei and his delegation conducted an on-site visit to the Group’s exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of the Group’s development history, corporate culture, and product R&D efforts. They engaged in thorough discussions with Chairman Zhang Yangxun on topics such as product innovation, technological breakthroughs, and talent development. Secretary Gao Yanbei highlighted the School of Construction Machinery at Chang’an University’s strengths in discipline building, research achievements, and talent cultivation, emphasizing that the school is committed to aligning scientific research outcomes with industry needs. He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to establish long-term cooperative mechanisms with Dongyue Company and other enterprises in the Jining High-tech Zone, exploring new models of collaboration in areas such as technological R&D, the establishment of internship and training bases, and the cultivation of multidisciplinary talents, thereby providing intellectual support and technical assurance for the high-quality development of local industries. As a strategic partner and a postdoctoral innovation and practice base of Chang’an University, Dongyue Company will continue to advance cooperation initiatives, effectively translating the university’s research strengths into drivers of industrial growth and injecting fresh momentum into the Jining High-tech Zone’s efforts to deepen collaboration between universities, local governments, and the scientific‑technological talent community.
